If your order is cancelled prior to shipping, a complete refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original mode of payment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may refuse delivery, in which case the product will be returned to us. Refunds will be initiated once we receive the returned product in its original condition (refer to Refund Terms below).
